"CORI." is s a popular cafe where healthy-junk hamburgers and soy meat plates are made by owner couple who are Vegan.
The popular "Teriyaki Tofu Burger" (1,500 yen tax included) is a Japanese-style hamburger which a large tofu is dipped with plenty of homemade teriyaki mustard sauce, sandwiched between fresh vegetables and an original blend of natural yeast buns. There are three types of burgers : Teriyaki Tofu burger, Classic Veggie burgers and Soy Chicken-nanban burgers. Homemade sauces for each burger are made by Japanese seasonings. Serve with vegan-compatible craft beer.

You can also enjoy pizza! "Small Pizza" (850 yen tax included) is a pizza with soy milk white sauce and tomato sauce. Like the burger, the dough uses natural yeast bread exclusively for organic use.

Mr.Tara, owner of restaurant told us that often Vegans have hard time to enjoy meals when they are traveling. “I would like to offer more options for them.”, he said. “There was an Australian boy came to my restaurant. He told me how difficult to find right restaurant for him in Japan or any other countries.” He was so happy to have vegan food here.
He said, “I am cooking for those people. This is the restaurant of VEGAN HEAVEN”.
